Why I built this
I got tired of chasing my own clients across five tools.
I run Nexiphor — a tech agency I founded to build web and mobile products for clients. Like most agencies, our clients lived in five places at once: email for briefs, WhatsApp for "quick questions," Drive for files, invoicing software for payments, Notion for project tracking.
It worked. Barely. We looked less professional than the work we shipped, and chasing payments felt awkward every time.
I tried the existing portals — HoneyBook, Dubsado, Copilot. Each got something right. None treated payments as part of the project. Invoicing was always a separate tab, a separate moment where the client had to switch contexts.
So I built NexiphorHub for us first. We dogfooded it on Nexiphor's own client projects before opening it up. Now milestones, files, chat, and payments live in one branded portal — and clients pay inside the milestone they're paying for.
